My teenage son has taken lessons from Daniel for five years, and we cannot say enough good things about him. Daniel is knowledgable about a wide variety of styles (we play everything from video game music to Chopin!) as well as the opportunities for exams and competitions in central Minnesota. Besides being an excellent teacher, he's an excellent role model for any young man: firm but kind, a family man, dedicated to his craft.

I have taken over 4 years of piano lessons, and with his help, I have progressed quickly and in fulfillment of my goals. I can say, years later, that I can break down, analyze, and learn pieces on my own or with the help of a teacher. There are always higher mountains to climb, but the heights don't feel as daunting.
I would like to thank Daniel for his time as my teacher. His knowledge spanned classical, jazz, pop, and rock, and his insights were always helpful.
