They have helped my dogs when they were very sick. Just brought my dog in for tremors and she couldn’t walk, or rest. she was taken in right away and they started to push fluids and took amazing care of her. They also stayed after their closing time to make sure she was going to be okay. When I got her she noticed me right away and was alert, she was also able to sleep!! I highly recommend this hospital! The vet and care team were very good at making sure she was comfortable and they are very empathetic and understand that my dogs are not pets but family.
We brought our dog Daisy here as all the Veterinary clinics in our area were closing & had no openings nor any the next day. She was showing symptoms of pancreatitis which she had in the past. So we drove an hour to St. Cloud. The staff were very nice. They were up front about the cost of the initial exam. Dr. Tasha was very nice and thorough and showed us written estimates of what things would cost and different options for testing and treatments. I work in healthcare and whil we waited in a room it was shorter than you would wait in a human emergency department. Also staff came in periodically to update us. The staff at Blue Pearl were kind, professional and knowledgeable. I appreciated their time to help our dog on a Sunday! I don’t think the cost for a visit and two medications was significantly more than if we would have went to our typical veterinarian!
