Was contemplating switching providers, until I was immediately met with this message :"Maintenance: Week of October 29We will be performing routine maintenance on Arvig-provided routers during the hours of midnight to 5am on 10/30, 10/31 and 11/1. During this time your Arvig service(s) may be intermittent for up to 15 minutes. Thank you for your patience."This is indicative this company is still relying on the physical equipment without implementing any form of virtualization on the back-end. There is 0 reason that an ISP should be taken completely offline for 3 Consecutive Days for an "update" on an enterprise router, in which the company claims to own multiple forms...read full review

This company is responsible for sending out the "Arvig Media" faux White/Yellow pages to St. Cloud, Sartell, Sauk Rapids, and Waite Park area, regardless if you have ever done business with them.Arvig claims to be a "digital technology" company, yet they send out 1 Pound phone books, in which over half of the content is colored images that double as advertisements.As of the 2020 census, the population of the St. Cloud Metro area was 199,671. This means this company has single-handedly decimated OVER 200,000 LBS of forestry to print the irrelevant phone books in the St. Cloud area alone, while claiming to be a "company of the future."Unsolicited mail, zero awareness of...read full review
