Pete is amazing! He worked well into the night and stayed on the job until the carpet was totally clean. We had purchased a home with years of dog urine build-up on one of the carpets, and to my surprise, Pete was able to extract the urine. I would recommend Apex for your carpet cleaning needs. Went above and beyond our expectations. Having gotten a new puppy, we had spot cleaned accidents but was time to get the carpets professionally done. Apex’s pet system assured us that there was no lingering odors or damage to our carpets. This is the first time I have used Apex for carpet cleaning. Pete did an excellent job. Previous carpet cleaners said our high traffic areas had ground in dirt. Those areas would get cleaner, but would still be a little dark. Pete cleaned the high traffric areas completely. They look the same as the rest of the carpet. I'm impressed. I will definitely hire Apex again to clean my carpets.Service: General carpet cleaning
