I called with questions, because it is the first time I believe I will need help preparing taxes due to issues with a previous year's return. The woman who answered, whom I can only assume is the owner and tax preparation expert, was curt and even laughed at me at one point regarding my concern over my lack of paperwork which is a stressful situation. I obviously won't be going with this business, as I felt after less than 2 minutes of conversation that I would be disregarded, rudely treated and my concerns poorly handled if I became a client.
