My girlfriend who went to this dentist office because of my referral was discriminated against. We no longer go here ! I do not even know why they tell her that they don't accept Medicare. Without asking her for her information.

This location was an absolute disaster. I went in with extreme tooth pain, and left with extreme tooth pain. They wanted to schedule a bunch of future appointments to "deal" with my bad tooth, but they were prepared to send me home without doing anything about my pain. I asked if I could get a prescription for a mild pain killer like Tylenol 3, and they treated me like a meth addict. Will never go back to this place again.

So I take the time to contact the practice manager per the response @ the phone number they indicated under my initial review. First thing is the practice manager didn't fully comprehend why I was calling them. So I Went on to explain that per the response on the yelp review page, it asked that I contacted the office manager to speak with them which is what I'm doing... The office manager then goes on to explain that this is their group practice marketing department that responds to any reviews online. so she has nothing to do with the response...which also means since the 2 are cohesively working together they clearly have a lack in communication among the group practice....read full review
