She was 10 minutes late showing up to her studio for my first appointment. My brow tint was acceptable (hence not giving a 1 star review). However, she NEVER showed for my 2nd appointment. I texted and called and waited 20 minutes. So unprofessional! What a waste of my time and inconvenience with having to quickly find another provider. Will not be back.
After I left, the skin around my face had around 10 cuts that are still visible days later. I would not recommend getting a dermaplane here. Bethany is a very pushy saleswoman as well.
