While talking with Mitch the general foreman in my yard and next to one of our very beloved Oak trees that needed to be trimmed because it overhung our roof, Mitch was patient, articulate, listened to my concerns and answered my questions thoughtfully. The crew he brought were efficient, polite and very knowledgeable! Great people in general.
