“We received a bid from Backyard Reflections for a large paver patio around the backside of our pool that was built into a hillside. Difficult grades for sure. We decided to go with another company that was a bit cheaper and wasn't booked out as far. The pavers were out of level only 2 seasons after they were installed! We had to completely have them taken out, the ground base reinstalled/leveled and the pavers put back in with proper levels for drainage. We were able to get Backyard out to redo the entire patio and it looks absolutely fabulous! They made some small design suggestions that made the patio look even better than the original but still using our existing material. They were so professional and understanding of our disappointment in having to reinstall. Lesson well learned of the old adage 'you get what you pay for'. Had I had Backyard install in the first place, it would have been much cheaper than us installing it 2 times. AND the value added benefits of having a top notch company do the work is priceless! Such a class act company that really knows their business and does it very well. I can't recommend them enough.“
