5 stars for service - people are great. Lost a star because this franchise does not share their data with other Great Clips. They were closed all last week and I went to the Great Clips in Mound. None of my haircut data was shared with Mound. The Shorewood store apparently refuses to share their data. Wound up with someone else's haircut because of this... I guess it's super short hair for a while.

Getting a haircut is no simple deal for me. I am picky about who I trust with my hair. I needed a cut though. First time back since Covid. They were very clean and professional. Even got creative to do a nice job around the ears. The staff is very helpful. I had a good conversation with my stylist and there weren’t any awkward moments. They took me in right away and got me out fast too. Will be back!
