Gavin was sent out to our house and he was excellent! Walked me through the reason our generator turned off, showed me how to reset it incase it were to happen again, and was cool with hanging around for a little bit to make sure that it didn't happen again. I had an electrician out to my place a few times to repair my Kohler Generator. After a few service calls he threw in the towel. I called Allied Generator and Greg came out and had me up and running in no time. Emergency power is vital and you can count on Allied to get it done right the first time. I own a wedding barn business and have had our generator system for 2 1/2 years now. The whole process working with Allied since the beginning has been exceptional. Initial consult....installation...yearly maintenance.....and now emergency services.
