5 stars; great and fantastic family owned and ran business. NO ONE is perfect, but what I really love about Rons is that they always take ownership their installs and provide good service.
1 star for the attitude of their installers, they're VERY unhappy when they have to do an install in a townhome for some reason. Just be happy you are doing a service for people...its needed.
But 100% quality no less. Everytime.

When our AC started acting up, I initially called a local company who couldn’t find anything wrong but still told us we likely needed a full replacement—for $8,000. Thankfully, my parents recommended Ron’s Mechanical. From the very start, Annette was incredibly helpful over the phone, offering practical tips and things to check. Then, just hours later (right before a holiday weekend!), Greg showed up and had everything fixed in under an hour—for less than $200!
We are beyond grateful for their honesty, fast response, and excellent service. Ron’s Mechanical has earned our trust—we won’t be using anyone else from now on!
