Came in without appointment to see if i could get my glasses that I had purchased there fixed (they were crooked). The lady at the desk closest to the entrance was the one who helped me. She took a look at them and took them to the back room and fixed them at no charge. I was expecting to have to leave them there and have to pick them up at a later time. It only took 2 minutes at most. She was super helpful and quick.
