I have worked at My Brothers Keeper for 18 months. I have seen quite a few group homes, and the one I work at for MBK is easily the best I have ever seen. Client focus, where the rubber meets the road, is impeccable. The eight employees that work at this site support the clients and each other. The onsite program manager is the reason for this; a compassionate, caring, hard working and derailed individual. While the home office may not get an A+ for clear communication and responsiveness, in my experience this is true of most organizations; and they are all good people. I have been a supervisor here at MBK for almost 3 yrs now. I love this company they are willing to listen to new ideas and make changes as needed. Just in my short time here so much has changed at the home and all the people we support ar back to work and trying to live life in our new normal (post Covid)I would recommend getting a job here. You are well trained prior to being just put to work. Never be afraid to ask question as that's how we all learn and grow. Remeber we all donthis and MBK is always doing just that learning and growing

My name is Francisco. I have been working for My Brother’s Keeper for only three months. That been said, MBK is a great company to work for. During my short time here, Leaders in the company have worked with me and were able to find a flexible schedule that fits my needs; I work a full time job and this job allows me to work in hours that I feel wouldn’t be possible to in other companies.
