I am a new customer. I started with just some shirts. They did a great job so I now have them doing sheets for Minnehaha Lofts. Spoke with owner as well as employees. All very friendly and helpful

Good customer service for most part, though there is one unhappy lady..... Pricey, you can definitely find better deals...$11 per pair of pants is steep. Looking for better options, but they do okay in a pinch. Haven’t lost anything yet.

Very friendly staff that helps you when you walk in. In addition to just dry cleaning my items, have brought in two items that I thought were for sure ruined-stained for life. Both times Martinez cleaning worked miracles! I am so beyond grateful to them!
