Had a great experience retrieving things after a horrible accident. Thanks to Missy for helping us out and being really patient as we cleaned out the car. Thank you for all you did for us today we really appreciate it.
We were in an accident and our truck got towed here. My husband was told he had to go remove his license plates, so he drove all the way there and he could not get in. It is by appointment only (nobody told us) so he called and the lady was very rude on the phone. Not sure if it was the same lady when we got to get his plates but that lady was very nice......maybe she was having a bad day.....
My truck broke down on a Saturday afternoon. The folks at PLC Towing and Recovery answered my call promptly and were up front about the costs of towing on the phone. The gentleman that responded was professional, courteous, and efficient. They made what could have been a frustrating experience incredibly smooth. I would absolutely recommend them if you find yourself in a sticky roadside situation.Services: Local hauling
