Stretchly has helped me in so many ways. It has really helped my back which had two separate instances of scoliosis. Having my muscles stretched has eliminated the scoliosis. Also one of my hips had been giving me pain. Since becoming a client at Stretchly, my hip muscles have been conditioned and are stronger than they used to be. I now rarely have hip pain. The staff are so knowledgeable and so accommodating. I highly recommend you check out Stretchly for yourself!
