My daughter is recovering from an ACL injury and has been working on gaining full range of motion - the deep focused stretches in combination with her regular PT have been so effective. The facility is very clean and staff is friendly and inviting. Thank you!
We have always had great experiences at Stretchly and especially with Alyssa. Both teenage daughters compete in Irish Dance and our sessions have helped not only their performances, but also aided in, their recovery!
My husband got us a gift card to try this place out. I’m not going to lie, I thought to myself I would have rather of had a massage! However it was quite wonderful! I was lucky to have Alyssa who happened to be the owner. She was very nice and explained what she was doing and why. I never knew having someone assist your stretching would be so beneficial. It was actually relaxing and I felt great afterwards. This is very beneficial to anyone of all ages whether you have an injury or you just have tight muscles. They can also customize for you areas that need extra help! Would definitely recommend. Thank you Alyssa!
