I haven’t been to the dentist in years! I had to make an emergency appointment for the same day, and they took care of the filling I needed as well while I was there. Their flexibility and customer service is awesome! They made sure I felt comfortable and weren’t judgy.!

They are so efficient and they made sure that they understood my concerns before beginning the procedure.They also understood my lack of concern when I requested no novocaine for me because I could handle it.It was just a shallow surface filling. No big deal, but no filling is a totally comfortable experience.?But they instilled the trust that they were going to be able to do the job without causing any undue discomfort.They were so quick but I still felt like I was being taken care of rather than rushed through.Including my wait time after checking in at the desk, I was in and out of their office in about 25 minutes. Metro Dental always gives a good amount of reminders for when your appointment is. The staff are well trained, friendly and explain what they’re doing and why so that there is no confusion.
