I’ve been getting adjusted for approximately 14 years and would go off and on on the wedge and this past year I didn’t even do the wedge and I was in chronic pain the first day I did the wedge and I had so much release of pain the pain level that went down to a zero within Two days I do the wedge 30 minutes a day every day now
