We got our roof replaced last spring. Exteriors plus did an amazing job. Being first time homeowners we really didn’t know which steps to take or how to go about the process. We worked with Andrew and he made the whole experience easy and comforting. We really didn’t have much to worry about once we got in contact with him. Andrew went over everything with us and made the whole process stress free. They were able to replace the roof quickly and when we ran into an issue after the replacement Andrew was able to send someone out right away to get the issue fixed.

Our entire experience from the quoting process to completion was the smoothest project we’ve ever done. Our Project Manager Alonzo Spears was a true gem. We have a lengthy background in construction. We’ve had major remodeling done on our home by various trades. Not one of them went smoothly except this project. We were blown away by how Alonzo and his team did what they said and followed. They really cared about how our home looked and that we were happy. It’s very hard to find quality trade work and we had lost faith in them until we had Exteriors Plus.
Exteriors Plus installed a new deck for me after our old one was destroyed by a feeling tree. They went out of their way to support me through a contentious insurance claim.
Our Project Manager, Austin, was flexible and a pleasure to work with. The end result is a deck that is not only beautiful and functional but which will probably outlast the house.
