They did a great job raising 2 slabs of concrete that were sloping towards our house. They were able to get the job done in just 2 weeks after we accepted the bid! Very reasonable cost compared to replacement and other bids that we had gotten
I was notified less than 24 hours that the work would be done but I didn't need to be home. When I returned home to see what they had done I was less than happy and talking to Greg only added to my frustration.My experience has been less than satisfactory.UPDATEI have to update my review because they truly wanted to make sure I was satisfied. Greg came back and fixed the areas I was unhappy with. I am impressed with a business that puts out the effort to please customers.When they raised the slab next to my addition it created a dangerous gap I was concerned about. I live in south Minneapolis, MN, Minnehaha neighborhood, and the company came out yesterday to fix three sections of my north sidewalk. Throughout the years these sections had collapsed because the gutter drain is close by and water was leaking underneath the cement slabs for many years. The men came on time, informed me how they would proceed and were very responsible in doing a good job. The sections were raised to the normal correct height and I am really pleased. They left everything very neat. I should have done it a long time ago. I certainly would recommend them to anyone with the same sunken sidewalk issues which I had. Great job!
