I had a roof replaced two years ago along with aluminum covering on my wood fascia...the fascia was all wavy so I told them it needed to be done over...so they put another layer of fascia over the wavey one which did not leave enough room to open my front door without hitting the fascia...in winter with the frost heave it became impossible to open my front door. I have called Stuart, my salesman at least four times and was told that someone would be out. I actually also nedeed some work done on my soffits which were in addition to the fascia problem and I agreed to pay for that apart from the fascia repair.
