Be aware! These guys are scammers, and are very smooth about it, so be careful! Better yet, DO NOT USE THEM! I had to schedule 10 appointments with them and take off work 8 times, 5 of those times they no-showed! I lost about $1,200 in missed work and ended up paying them $1,700 to fix the part I originally told them needed replacing (which was only $168).
Given I was a mechanic for 50 years, I am pretty good with troubleshooting. So I called Rol Air, as my furnace would not kick in at night unless I went to the furnace room, opened the furnace cover and tapped on draft fan that was sticking. So, I had my sewer backed up and called Rol Air. They came out and $600 stated they had cleaned out the pipe and there weren’t many roots. Two weeks later I had a more severe back up and called them again. They charged me $250 to tell me the same thing that it was cleaned out- nothing was coming up and it was likely a belly in the pipe. They don’t do bellies. So I just had Roto-Rooter out here and they looked at the pipe and found ROOTS. Not a belly. They said there were quite a few roots in there likely causing the issue. So I spend $850 at Rol Air to do absolutely nothing. I will NEVER recommend this company. I have contacted the Better Business Beureau for taking... read full review

Set up an appointment 2 1/2weeks ago to fix a humidifier on my furnace. Waited all that time, while mopping up water sev eral times a day and just got a text ( not even a phone call) telling me today ( the day of the appointment) that they are not doing furnace tune ups ( I wanted them to fix it, not " tune it up)at this time and are canceling the appointment. . Suggested that I call another company.Been a customer for 40 years. I'll go with a reliable professional business from now onService: Heating system repair
