We were fortunate to have enlisted Four Seasons Contracting with our roof install, including the house with attached garage and a unattached garage. Along with this work they were able to help us with a lead-based paint hazard reduction and a Radon evaluation, with the install of a Radon removal system. We also enlisted the team to install a second-floor bathroom exhaust fan. Working with Nicole was a pleasure, her attention to detail and pleasant personally made the whole process easy on me and my wife. We were concerned about getting our roof redone. One reason was we had new landscaping with lots of flowers, also we'd heard stories of nails and debris left behind and stories of the head ache of insurance!
Four seasons were particular about coming back to walk the property multiple times looking for nails and debris. They were detailed on touch ups and conscientious about flowers and foliage around the house. They worked with our insurance making it an easy process.
The job was done when they said it would be and cost exactly what they said it would. No surprises.
We'll hire them back again.
