I am behind on my taxes due to dealing with domestic violence, and getting back on my feet from being homeless. I called about my situation, and rather than just tell me up front, the preparer was just given my ph# without any of the additional information I had previously provided. When she called back, she couldn't get me off the phone fast enough and interrupted me rudely.

This place will only do taxes if someone is completely current on them already, and will not assist if you're behind. We, along with several other members of our family, have been using Judy's services for several years. We have both personal and business taxes that she does since we own multiple rental properties and we recently have also purchased another recreational property.
