I tried several times to get someone to call me back for measurement and a quote. No one ever returned my phone call. I finally got ahold of a Project manager. She asked me to send her pictures and measurements which I did. I waited a week and called still no response. If you like follow-up or good communication on your projects, I would NOT recommend this company. This was after several receptionist promising someone would call me back and that never happened.
