I tried several times to get someone to call me back for measurement and a quote.
No one ever returned my phone call. I finally got ahold of a Project manager. She asked me to send her pictures and measurements which I did. I waited a week and called still no response. If you like follow-up or good communication on your projects, I would NOT recommend this company. This was after several receptionist promising someone would call me back and that never happened.

The BCI team has top of the line employees! It’s been such a great experience to work with them! Our project was complex but with BCI there it was seamless from start to end. Thanks BCI!
