“5 star haircuts 100% I was in there for over an hour (will come up later) so I got to observe all the barbers. I can't lie....I didn't see one person leave with a bad haircut.

The problem was I had an appt for my son (under 10) at a specific time. I got there 10 minutes early and my son didn't get his haircut until almost 40 minutes later.

I honestly wouldn't have cared much if it was me getting the haircut. I was more nervous my son would be impatient during his cut. But....he stayed as patient as a kid can and after an hour (total time) we were able to leave. The barber did amazing and WE WILL be going back. My son even asked and wants the same barber.

My guess is barber took a walk in of someone they knew personally. It is what it is. I guess I'd warn people to show up early, if possible, and be prepared to wait 30 mins or more even if you have an appt.

Again 5 star haircuts, maybe a 2-3 star experience, which results in the 4 stars.“
