Not only was the haircut excellent, but Abby was so lovely and enjoyable to spend time with and she took the time to explain the products she was using and give me hair tips that I have never heard elsewhere, even going so far as to explain the structure of my thin hair and why it reacts differently than thicker hair might. The decor was also very aesthetic and made the experience even better. I was beyond satisfied and impressed. I would absolutely recommend Loft and Abby specifically.“
