Great Clips

Great Clips Sartell offers affordable haircuts for men, women, and kids. Their salons provide various hair care services, including haircuts, beard trims, bang trims, and shampooing. They are open evenings and weekends, welcoming walk-ins or online check-ins to skip the wait. The business uses a system called ClipNotes to ensure a great cut every time.

While some customers have had positive experiences, others have had issues with uneven haircuts. In one case, a stylist shaved a customer's head too short, but the manager, Jennifer, helped fix the problem and returned the customer's money. However, another customer had a negative experience with a stylist who buzzed their child's hair unevenly and displayed a negative attitude. On the other hand, some customers have had great experiences with their haircuts, with one stylist taking the time to cut their hair as requested. The business also offers a convenient app that allows customers to check in and view their past haircuts.
