This is at Pinecone marketplace, in Sartell Went in for a haircut last summer, told the gal (don't remember her name) that I didn't want it too short. She shaved me all the way up the back of my head...it was hideous! Called, spoke to manager Jennifer. She had me come in and tried to fix it. It was too short, but she fixed the uneven areas. She returned my money, and apologized. I really liked her, and have returned to her a couple times since! I highly recommend Jennifer!Pic is from girl that shaved me.

I'm giving 3 stars due to my son's experience. We went in for cuts and a pink haired stylist took my son and another stylist took me. The stylist I had was exceptional, she took her time and cut my hair as I requested and she only took about 20 minutes. The pink haired stylist took 5 minutes to buzz through my child's hair (who had considerably more hair than I), uneven and dry with little effort or care put into it. Displayed a negative attitude when my Wife protested the first nap result and asked for it to be fixed and was visibly frustrated when she was showing her what we wanted (again). I've been going there for years. Great clips saves your past haircuts, so you don't need to remember lengths. The app allows you to check in so it tells you your time before you need to show up.
