When it's time for the haircut, the stylist will take the customer to a semi-private station with a flat-screen TV. The service includes a great cut, relaxing shampoo and conditioner, a hot towel facial, eyebrow and mustache trim, and a shoulder massage, all at a low price. The employees are described as extremely friendly, and the haircuts are consistently good, with easy scheduling and minimal wait times.
It's easily my new favorite place! After going to other salons over the last 10 years, their quality has declined and made me look around. Thankfully, I found this place, and I don't plan on going anywhere. I've been here twice in the last 3 months, and both times have been a great experience with professionalism, courtesy, and level of service!
4.2 stars feels about right. Pretty good service for a chain. I like this location better than the one on Robert St. Good and fast service. They do a good job, but is on the expensive side.
Been going here for about 9 years now. I won't go anywhere else. Wonderful women who always do a great job. I've actually never had a haircut that wasn't exactly what I wanted.
