Is this place even in business still? I had a crowd cut voucher I was never able to use as like others mentioned they don't call back. Now that its expired I should still be able to use what I paid for it, but now their number is disconnected and there is no email listed to email them!

WOW, I wish I would have read the reviews prior to spending money on a Crowd Cut coupon and planning a ladies night with my friend. First - it took me THREE weeks to actually schedule an appointment and I never even made it through to the receptionist. I had to call Crowd Cut to have them call the owner to call me back to use my coupon. On the eve of my appointment, Danielle called me to tell me that someone scheduled us for a time when no one was available to perform our services. She told me that she would talk to the owner and see if she could come in and that she would call me back, this was 12:30 pm. I purchased a crowd cut for a 60 minute massage. First, it took a few calls to be able to schedule. Then, I got a call several weeks later asking if I could reschedule to the middle of the day (no I can't reschedule to the middle of the work day). Then I showed up ON TIME for my massage but was told I was 15 minutes late. I was foolish enough to believe them - on returning home, I checked my calender and realized THEY were wrong. Anyway, I took the 45 minute massage over having to reschedule. The massage wasn't that great. Too much lotion, which she got in my hair, even though I had it up.
