I'm practically a missionary for Ocean Spa and Salon - no exaggeration, I've probably converted 10+ friends to devoted clients. Why? 1) Super cheap $8 for the best eyebrow wax I've ever received, $14 for a manicure, $25 for a pedicure (including those fancy massage chairs, magazines, lots of loofa-ing and calf massaging) 2) Surprisingly nice decor White princess chairs, salt water aquarium, recessed lighting, and a ceiling painted to look like, um, the sky.
