I just witnessed maybe 15 minutes ago one of the drivers rear end a car at the stop light. The light had been red for some time so the driver may have been distracted during that time.

One of your drivers just rear ended my car on University Ave by Vandalia! HE IS DANGEROUS! I will be contacting you for information on this man. Incredibly reckless, it was at a stoplight that had been red for a minute.

EDIT: When I called, they were incredibly disrespectful and didn't care that their driver is a nuisance on the road! :)
