“It’s just hair” sure…but it’s also the first thing others notice about a person. It can cause the most anxiety if it’s cut wrong, colored funny or doesn’t style right. I get really worried if I have to find a new stylist, and my first appointment here was no different. I made an appointment online, had to call to make a change and spoke with Michelle. The call was fantastic and since I was new to the salon, Michelle took extra time to get to know a little about me and my hair. At first I thought it was strange but at the end of my appointment, I immediately saw a difference, and 4-weeks later, I still see the same result as I did the moment I left the salon. My appointment was with Hailee and it was amazing! She spent the first 15-minutes really learning about how I wash, style and treat my hair. The time spent just understanding habits: washing/conditioning, styling, days between washes, previous treatments I have had on my hair (color, blowouts, etc.) I was perplexed because I don’t know if I have ever had anyone before now ask as many, or as detailed of questions that were asked of me at my first appointment. Trust the process, as they say. I’m so glad I did because it really helped how my hair was treated that day. Since my cut and color, I have had so many compliments on my hair. Compliments about how healthy it looks, how fantastic the color is, and even as simple as how soft it looks and feels. I switched my product list to follow Hailee’s recommendations and I don’t think I have ever had hair as healthy as it is right now. And, Hailee is super great to chat with! She made the time in the salon chair go by so fast with good conversation. 🙂 I am so glad I met with Hailee and would definitely recommend Hailee & Michelle for others looking for a stylist to care for their hair!
Every time that you walk in the door, you are treated like you are the only client in the salon. Everyone cares about you as a person and want you to have the absolute best experience!! I will always recommend Arbor to my friends and family!!
