Just wanted to say what a great experience we had working with Floor to Ceiling. Kara was a pleasure to work with and was very helpful in getting our project just right. Their carpet, tile and shade installers were fantastic. Will definitely go back when we have another project we want to complete.
From start to finish - absolutely an excellent experience! Kara is so knowledgeable and her estimate to final cost was spot on! We were communicated w throughout the process. Luis and his team of installers were outstanding. Highly recommend!
Kara was great to work! Picking out new carpet can be a daunting task; one I was not excited about. I told her what I didn’t want in regards to carpet type and that I wanted to lighten up the room. She quickly brought me to a few samples that I could bring home and came to a decision. Ordering took a few weeks due to it being a special order. Installers were fabulous. Gave us specific instructions on where to move furniture so they could get the job done in 2-3 days. Couldn’t be happier with my new flooring! Feels like a new home!!
