Incredible experience, superior customer service, very competitive pricing, and they for sure care about their customers and their time. I've had 2 experiences with CRU, and both times they soared above my expectations, getting back to me within a day of me dropping off a repair. They even provided significant suggestion to future computer investments, and overall, they are just a great group of people. I had a virus on my computer. I had attempted to clear it myself but was unable. One quick FB message to Blake and he had it fixed remotely within 10 minutes!!!!! Thank you, Blake!!! As always, you guys rock!

Unfortunately, for my first time I had to deal with being hacked. Blake was able to connect with me over the phone and talk me through the steps I needed to take to reclaim my accounts and how to further protect my accounts and passwords moving forward. Highly recommend!
