Always a wonderful experience! The clinic is clean, welcoming, and remarkably efficient with virtually no wait time. The staff is fantastic with my dog, and they carry an excellent selection of flea, tick, and heartworm preventatives and candles for odor.
The ENTIRE STAFF at St. James Veterinary Clinic have gone above and beyond in the care of our sweet corgis, and especially our elderly boy. They treat our pets (and us) with kindness and patience. Dr. Hirsch, Dr. Baker, and Dr. Ellis have all gone out of their way to give them the best treatment possible.
The vets & staff are SUCH A BLESSING!!!! I've brought my oldest male cat Tiger (9 years) in twice in a month & had a pleasant experience with the vets. Tiger saw Dr Ellis for a severe flea reaction a month ago & saw Dr Dana on 4/17 for joint/arthritis issues. Both vets made Tiger feel safe & shown extrem care for Tiger's health concerns.
Also had to bring Mushu in (6/5) for a severe irratation on her backend & got a medicated ointment for it. They had to put her under in order to shave her butt & treat her more accurately. They even gave her a vaccine, clipped her nails while she was out.
