Many years ago we found a young cat in the road at night Halloween night. She had been hit by a car and was left with her jaw hanging off and major bleeding. We luckily stopped and started calling around to see if anyone would take us. It SUPER common that if you are a new patient or do not get regular vet care done a clinic wont take you. (Ive seen other reviews and wanted to mention this as I thought this was common knowledge but apparently not...) Luckily way back when the owner agreed to meet us. I've been taking my cats to see Dr Ellis and team over 15 years. I love their honesty and the way they present possibilities and options. I appreciate their staff and their low turn-over rate. Worth the drive for quality care at reasonable rates.
The entire staff has been gentle and kind to our dog Willow. She has had a few medical issues and they have been so helpful. Even referring us to a specialist when she needed specific treatment and surgery.
