“We had our roof redone with Puetz. They used a high quality shingle and used a netting system to prevent any nails from being left behind in our yard which is important for us because we have 2 kids. Someone from Puetz came by after the work was done to make sure it was completed properly, and they found a couple of areas that weren't up to their standard which they came back and fixed. I didn't have to request this, they just did it as part of their process. It's been a few months now since they completed the roof, but when I reached out this morning to see if they had photos I could submit to my insurance to get a discount, they responded immediately and got me the photos. The fact that I had the roof redone awhile ago but they were still quick and responsive when I needed something after the fact has meant the most to me as it shows they don't leave you hanging after they get their paycheck. That represents integrity to me. I can honestly say that I highly recommend Puetz!“
