I had a great experience with Augusta Garage Door Repair this morning. My garage door suddenly wouldn’t open, and after checking it out, I realized one of the large springs had broken. I called at 6:49 AM, and the woman who answered was incredibly friendly and helpful.
To my surprise, they had two service technicians at my house by about 7:10 AM. By 7:33 AM, the repair was already completed. Less than an hour from my initial call, my garage door was fully fixed and working perfectly again.

2nd time I've used them and won't shop anywhere else. They are honest, reliable, and great to work with. Both times they have given estimates and both times they came in under.

I called last night to ask if someone could come out and help with my garage door, and he came out at six A.M. today to squeeze me in before his already scheduled appointments. Everything was fixed perfectly so quickly, and he was very helpful and gave great tips on maintenance.
