I recently hired Armstrong Home Inspection Service to inspect a property that I am interested in purchasing. I was able to schedule online without the hassle of making a phone call, where I most likely would have had to leave a message. Shortly after scheduling, I received an email requesting payment, which was very convenient. Mark arrived at the property on the scheduled day/time and did a complete inspection - top to bottom, left to right, east to west, you name it. I'm interested in buying a house in Duluth and I called Mark on a Wednesday and he was able to do the inspection two days later. Mark was very thorough and was more-than-happy to answer all of my questions as I tagged along with him for nearly three hours. He even sent the report the same evening (Friday night at 9pm)! I highly recommened calling Mark if you need a home inspection.
