We had Thompson Sewer come pump a tank for a newer septic installation. When we called, they answered immediately. They were able to come out next day. Easy to work with, on time and knowledgeable.Service: Sewer cleaning

We called Thompson's for a second opinion when we felt uneasy about what another company was saying regarding our septic. Thompson's came out and found the actual issue and gave honest feedback. As a female, I never felt d*** asking questions (and I ask a ton) and thanks to Phil and Jerry spending the time to explain how a system works I feel confident in their work and appreciate them taking the time explaining to me how the system works. We will continue to use them for any septic issues! Knock on wood, Hopefully nothing again besides pumping but they will be our go to!Services: Sewer repair

Outstanding service and knowledge, if you have an old septic system i wouldnt call anyone else ever again. Thompson worked with me and fixed my septic issue promptly and at a more than fair price.
