Facilities, when maintained are good. Things do not get repaired timely (even pre-pandemic). They have no/little staff available- they are rarely open when student athletes and working people would be able to come in. Not really helpful to have a membership when you can’t use it. Could be so much better.

Came to this facility multiple times in the past and spoke with front desk saying I would like to renew my cryo membership after being away. Was told to speak with the new cryo manager who I am convinced doesn’t exist! The reason for this is that despite my multiple trips I have yet to see or manage to speak to the cryo lead who seems to never be in the facility! Their hours state 9-7 and yet I can not find heads or tails of any help or representation. Just completely unprofessional behavior from whoever this cryo lead may be!!!

I've been going to us cryotherapy for about a solid week now doing cryo everyday and I can honestly say I feel amazing doing so. Not only do they offer cryo but they also have a wide variety of options. The staff is also amazing
