l came here to handle my brother's affairs. This was my first time doing this for anyone.From the moment my son and I walked in the door we were made to feel at ease and shown to a room where we could talk about the arrangements. l had a lot of questions and Rick Bies patiently answered them all and really put my mind at ease. l must say he gave me better answers to my questions than whoever l talked to when I phoned in. l am from out of state so had to travel a great distance to get there. Rick gave me better payment options than I had been quoted on the phone. At first I was told I needed to pay upfront, but Rick told me l didn't need to pay anything right... read full review
When my our dad passed away, that is where he wanted us to work through. We had Jim. He covered everything and we even had a phone conference call as sister and her husband were traveling back to MN. Jim explained everything really well and was there to help us through everything beginning to end. Highly recommend

Before my mother passed away she told me this was where she wanted her service to be because this is also the place where my grandmother’s service was years ago. Steve & the staff at MB were very helpful to work with & her service was a perfect way for friends & family to say goodbye to my mother. They have more than ample space to feel safe if you have covid concerns. Thanks again for everything Mueller-Bies Roseville
