The front desk staff is peppy and will guide you into the waiting area where you will be offered a drink and a hot towel if you feel inclined. Bonus - you do NOT have to be a member to book a session. When booking, non members get access to the entire club including child care classes, machines, weights, sauna, etc. Rating this a 4 simply because I feel like the waiting space could use a facelift such as some zen music, candles, or even a small water fall to add some serenity to the space.“
