Joan is always extremely helpful and kind. I have gone to hear for my eyewear needs for a decade. I am making sure to get my new pair of glasses from her while visiting family even though I moved to a different state because I trust her that much and she does that great of a job!

Joanie is very kind. Chatty and determined to find me the best fit, nicest look, and most suitable features for my first-ever glasses. I was very nervous and defensive. Joanie put me at ease. I have been back for every update since then, always great service!

Joan is the sweetest and most helpful person I have ever encountered. Even if she doesn’t have what you’re looking for, she will special order things in and work as hard as she can until you are completely satisfied. I can’t stress how much she cares about her customers and their eyesight. She is also very welcoming and provides great advice and gets to know you as a person.
