I went to Celltech Rosedale Mall and had the worst customer service experience. The guy there today OCT26 was VERY rude. I've been a long term customer for years. I have bought multiple products from this kiosk. But today was a very bad experience. I had to call security on him. Please have him fired or trained on customer service.
