Instead of having to go through the same experience we had, I hope whoever read this review can now opt for other businesses. A.R.K might have been customer oriented a long time ago but sadly, not anymore. It was impossible to get a response via emails or voicemails we left. As we live overseas, it was not our option to visit their office so it was very crucial for us to have good constant communication but they failed to do so. They did file a tax return for us for 2021, we had some updated info such as a new financial institution for a refund but, of course, they neglected to update this and now we have to follow up with the bank and possibility of filing a Form 3911....read full review

They do not care about their customer. Noone is available to answer the phone when you have question. Voicemail memory is always full so i can not leave message. They kept month and month to complete your tax application. I do not have very good experience with this tax company. It seemed they are always busy and not have time to your tax application. I hope that the process will not tax very long on future. Thank you!

Just don’t! I’ve been using this company for years and they have slowly declined in customer service. The IRS has sent multiple letters the last three years saying something is wrong with my taxes. ARK REFUSES to follow up on it. They told me to reach out and inquire. I literally sent the letter to ARK and they still refuse to look into it. They say just pay it ($300+). Don’t use this company! They do not stand by their work..
