“So I’ll likely be updating this over time. I had been planning on this procedure for over a decade, waiting for the time and money to be available. Consulted in August 2023, procedure in October 2023.Intake coordinator was kind, responsive and knowledgeable. Having done prior research I allowed her to explain everything as a check on my knowledge and to see if her information matched. She was spot on with info I had gotten from other clinics and my research. She remained in touch and was there on the procedure day. She even checked in on me during the day.I’m an anxious patient.
