Consulted in August 2023, procedure in October 2023.Intake coordinator was kind, responsive and knowledgeable. She was spot on with info I had gotten from other clinics and my research. She remained in touch and was there on the procedure day. She even checked in on me during the day.I’m an anxious patient. Everyone was kind and thoughtful. Dr Shapiro performed a very large 3000+ procedure with the help of 3-4 other assistants. They were all very professional and personable. As we got going I was at ease. They treated me as a unique individual and allowed me to make choices and gave recommendations for me to consider.I’m writing this 1 day post-op. I’m happy with the outcome and have clear written instructions on recovery and what to expect in the coming months, as there will be follow up appointments.Listen to all the information. Read the information they provide, it’s not that many pages. It was the most transparent instruction imaginable, with kind staff, and very comfortable facilities.
