The entire team at Groff's was amazing, they were prompt, responsive, patient, and educational! They even put my 11 year old to work cleaning off the air conditioner to make sure the unit continues to work well as we enter into the next heat wave. Thanks Groff's! This company is great! I had several calls to them when my furnace was down and Cole showed me how I could fix it for next time.
When the furnace eventually kicked the bucket, Cole set me up with space heaters to get us through the weekend. They kept things so toasty I almost wondered if I needed a new furnace... ?
New furnace was perfectly installed. Highly recommend Groffs!
